Events or Weddings

We will accept changes to flower designs and products ordered up to 2 weeks before the Event / Wedding date and before final payment has been made. We cannot guarantee we can accept changes after this time, however we will use our best endeavours to accommodate any such request.

For weddings, a deposit of 20% of the quoted price is required on booking

Full payment is required no later than 2 weeks prior to the event/ wedding date

No refund will be given on cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event/wedding date

All breakages or losses will be paid for in full by the client.

Hannah Martin flowers cannot be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is caused by events out of our reasonable control.

Event outside of our reasonable control include an act, event, nonhappening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular the following

1) Strikes, lock outs or other industrial action
2) Civil Commotion, such as riots and terrorist attack or threat of attack.
3) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, or other natural disaster

When it is necessary for us to install flowers or other products, you (the client) agree to arrange access for to the premises at specific and agreed times. If for any reason we are unable to obtain access at the agreed times, we cannot guarantee the completion of the installation at the agreed times. We confirm that we will use our best endeavours to meet the timetable.

We cannot accept liability of any damages or costs due to us being unable to gain access to the premises at the agreed times

Due to seasonable ability that some flowers maybe unable at short notice, we reserve the right to substitute flowers for a suitable alternative, notice at the time will be given.

It is the clients responsibility to inform Hannah Martin flowers directly prior to the event/wedding if the flowers are to be saved after the event/wedding. The flowers will be packaged up and left in a agreed place for collection.

Hannah Martin flowers cannot take responsibility for in direct communication that leads to the disposal of flowers against the client wishes.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, we advise you to make any complaint within two hours of delivery. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion

No responsibility will be accepted for any consequential loss

In order to confirm the date of the event/wedding written confirmation is required, this can be made to Hannah@hannahmartin.net – All cancellations must be made in writing to Hannah@hannahmartin.net
